I think one of the challenges that faces businesses is developing policies that simultaneously protect the business while also respecting the voice of the employee. On the one hand the employee is associated with the business and on the other hand the employee has his/her own life. In this video I suggest some ideas that businesses can consider when it comes to their social media policy.
