Our class meets 10 times, starting on Monday April 15th and runs from 3pm to 4:15pm (6pm to 7:15 PM EST). We will also meet on April 22nd and 29th, May 6th, 13th, and 20th, June 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th. The Eight Mindfulness sessions will be started on Friday April 19th from 3-4pm PST. We will also meet on April 26th, May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st, and June 7th and 21st.
