The solution is the sale
Many business owners have a tendency to focus on their services and products to the point that they sell the service or product without considering that what they are really selling is the solution. Your service or product may provide the solution, but they aren’t the solution. What is the solution?
The solution is the resolution of the problem. It is the specific result that is obtained when your product or solution is used. It is the emotional feelings generated by the resolution of the problem.
When you explain what you can do to help someone in terms of the benefits the person will receive, you are selling the solution. The person can understand what the solution is and how it helps improve their lives and business. If you can’t explain your solution, people will not buy from you. They have no reason to support your business if they can’t be sure that there is an actual benefit for doing so.
The solution is what you sell. The solution is what people look for. As long as you can relate your services to the solution people will buy it, because they will understand how your service contributes to the solution. Without a defined solution and understood benefits, its much harder to show people how you can help them or why the should do business with you.
