		<description>I too am attempting to produce more video.  With software like ScreenFlow and Camtasia, creating videos that illustrate on-screen processes has become very easy.  I recommend creating a video at least once a week, and uploading it to several video sharing sites simultaneously.  (I use the free account version of TubeMogul and upload to blip.tv, dailymotion, metacafe, and youtube all at once)</description>
