I’m recovering from a long and fun weekend at a festival where I vended books and art. That’s a different business from IYR Business and Social Media Coaching, but it did give me an opportunity to catch up on some reading and I thought I would share the book reviews with you.
Renewal Coaching by Douglas Reeves and Elle Allison
When I read this book, I was somewhat skeptical as to what exactly was different in this model of coaching, as opposed to others, but as I continued to read this book, I saw that what was different was two important factors. The first factor was this book approached the issue of coaching clients with an acknowledgment that clients need to deal with the possibility of failure and how they will renew themselves as a result of dealing with failure.
