Congratulations on your training and what you are discovering. It's always interesting to see what other people are going through. I finished my first intensive training through CoachU and it was also INTENSIVE! I liked what you said above about relaxing into the conversation. In the middle of the week of our session I hit a wall, mentally, emotionally, you name it. After a while, I just let go and coaching with the people around me became an effortless thing to do.
