At Ease
I life coached today and I felt at ease. I cultivated a state of not-knowing, of being curious and empty and ready for whatever my client offered. I felt at ease with myself, present, ready to be there for this person, ready to listen, ready to ask questions and most importantly ready to let go…and let that person help herself.
I was at ease with the entire process. I’m learning to let go more, to trust in both myself and my client. It’s a beautiful process.
