When I teach my clients about self-love, I let them stand in front of the mirror and notice their feelings towards their reflection, because then they are both one person and two separate people at the same time. It&#039;s weird at first, but if you do it a few minutes every day, within a week you really feel compassion towards the person in the mirror and you let go of your criticism.
