Tools of the Trade
The other night I got coached by a member of my cohort. It was quite an insightful experience because it gave me an opportunity to see how someone else approaches life coaching. She used a combination of visual and kinisthetic approaches to get me engaged and focused. She drew a lot on pieces of paper and then gave me the colored markers so I could do the same.
